Dear Sir/Madam,
I lost a small black plastic bag which contained souvenirs bought in Mauritius during my flight from Mauritius to Istanbul via Dubai. We spent a night in Dubai at an Emirates hotel due to a delay in the first leg of the trip. I am guessing that I either forgot the plastic bag in the overhead compartment of the plane which took us from Mauritius to Dubai or at the Emirates hotel in Dubai where we spent the night waiting for the flight to Istanbul.
I tried contacting your L&F office at +971 4 0505 7584 / 7538 and also DXB’s L&F office at +971 4 224 5383 but I haven’t been successful so far.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with finding my bag.
With best regards,
Demet Yurtseven

Dear Madam/Sir,
On 10 August 2012, I travelled as a business class passenger on flight EK 726 from Dar es Salaam to Dubai. I had bought night packets of Earl Grey Tea leaves that l forgot in the plane. I made my claim requests at the lost and found desk after coming out of the baggage claim shortly afterwards. The luggage could not immediately be traced since the aircraft had parked away from the bays and passengers had to use a bus. The purpose of this e-mail is to request if you have located by package of Earl Grey tea leaves.
Respectfully,
Gerald Cornells Ochieng AJUMBO
