Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that the planned opening of 7 Dubai Metro stations will be delayed by 5 days.
New trains are currently being tested to coincide with the launch and the relevant stations on the Dubai Metro Red Line are now set to open on the 30th April.
October 2010 has been announced as the month when the remaining 11 stations will start functioning which will also signal the completion of the Dubai Metro Red Line.
The Dubai Metro Stations which are scheduled to open at the end of this month are Emirates Station, Airport Terminal 1 Station, GGICO Station, Al Karama Station, World Trade Center Station, Marina Station and Ibn Battuta Station.
