Development on World Islands in Dubai due to begin soon

Development on the first group of The World islands is expected to start as early as this month while the others await final clearances and permissions from the regulatory body.

Major construction activity on the Nakheel project will start in the second quarter of next year with the developer confirming that work will initially begin on as many as 20 islands.
