RAK Airways relaunched operations on 10th October 2010. The national airline of Ras al-Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the UAE, then began flying from its Ras al-Khaimah (RKT) base to Kozhikode (CCJ) in southwest India and Jeddah (JED) in Saudi Arabia.
Each of the 2 routes operates 4 times a week with the airline’s single 737-400 aircraft. The airline previously operated between 2006 and 2009, but now has relaunched under new management.
